Good to know
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or a lockbox code, and most regular customers do. For hoarder cleans we usually start with a visit together so we understand what matters to you.
How are your prices worked out?
We quote a fixed price based on the type of clean, the size of the property and its condition. We keep our rates competitive and affordable, and photos help us quote accurately.
Will you help with a hoarder clean if it's for a relative?
Yes. We often work with family members, landlords and support workers. We're discreet, we never judge, and we'll agree with you what stays and what goes before anything is removed.
What if something's been missed?
Tell us when you walk round at the end, or within 48 hours, and we'll come back to put it right.
